About the Position

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise clients in building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines for container-based architectures.
  • Automate the deployment of infrastructures using modern Infrastructure-as-Code tools in cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Work with software development teams on the containerization of applications and actively contribute to the development process.
  • Advise, train, and accompany clients in the introduction and development of DevOps processes, tools, and methods.
  • Develop automation scripts in Go, Python, or Bash to optimize technical workflows.
  • Implement technical security standards in containerized environments and ensure compliance with best practices and relevant industry standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and define and establish best practices in the area of DevOps.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience with container technologies and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher).
  • Practical experience in building and operating complex CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in using Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform, OpenTofu or Ansible.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Strong willingness for continuous education and knowledge enhancement.
  • Good (technical) university degree in computer science or a comparable completed training is desirable.
  • Certifications from major public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of German and good knowledge of English.
