Senior Design Engineer, Embedded Agreements

PandaDoc is looking for its first Design Engineer to work in the Embedded Agreements track, focusing on API design and integrations with existing tools. This role combines design and engineering to enhance user experiences and expand product capabilities.

• Own the design of our API and integrations areas end to end
• Partner with product and research to shape strategy for these surfaces
• Design and prototype AI-native patterns for our API
• Shape how integrations feel across the product
• Prototype ideas in code, fast

• Bring your technical perspective into the design process
• Work AI-first in Cursor and Claude Code

• Strong experience across both design and front-end engineering
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS
• Genuine interest in developer experience
• Active use of Cursor and Claude Code in daily workflow
