Senior Software Developer

In this role, you have the opportunity to be part of an exciting, venture-like department within Philips’ Intellectual Property & Standards organization, Camera Software Solutions, and contribute to the development of innovative video processing software applications for clinical surveillance and patient monitoring.

• M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Software, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing computer vision software for medical applications.
• Experience with real-time networking protocols and video streaming concepts.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C/C++, CI/CD workflows (like GitHub Actions), Docker.
• Experience with automated testing, such as behavior-driven development, integration testing, and unit testing.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development, including prompt engineering and task automation with tools like Copilot, Codex, Claude, and MCP servers.
• Experience with AI/ML workflows on AWS, including SageMaker and data lakes, or similar platforms.
