Middle Backend developer (PHP)

Dok.ua is the largest online store of auto parts and supplies in Ukraine, working for 10 years to provide the best service for customers. They are seeking a middle PHP developer for their IT department to work on their specialized e-commerce platform and internal ERP system.

• Writing quality code for a high-load project
• Adhering to work standards
• Integrating external APIs into the project management system (payment systems, delivery, analytics, trigger email, SMS sending, Google APIs, etc.)

• 3+ years experience as a PHP Backend Developer
• OOP
• SOLID principles (DRY, KISS – a plus)
• PHP 7.4, 8
• MVC
• Commercial experience with Laravel/Symfony/Lumen for more than 2 years
• Experience with Yii/Yii2 for more than 1 year
• Docker
• MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL
• Experience in optimizing SQL queries
• Redis
• RabbitMQ
• Understanding of Scrum methodology and experience working with Scrum
• Git, Jira, Confluence
• Manticore Search (SphinxSearch) is a plus
• Experience conducting or supervising load testing (Apache Benchmark, Apache Jmeter, or similar tools) is a plus
• Experience building microservices architecture is a plus
• Writing REST APIs and integrating with external services is a plus
• Understanding and practical experience with Supervisor is a plus
• Experience with Google API + Google Services is a plus
