Localization Web Developer

We are looking for a Localization Web Developer to support international Marketing teams by executing localization best practices and quality assurance across multilingual websites. Reporting to the Localization Team Lead, you will oversee functional QA workflows for 9+ target languages using WordPress and other CMS tools.

• Website LQA: Ensure every published page follows localization best practices (UI, assets, links, SEO, URLs)
• Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks, follow up, collaborate with stakeholders, request translations, execute LQA strategy
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate with regional marketing teams and US team to find scalable solutions
• Bugfixing and problem solving: Use CAT tools, translation processes and CMS characteristics to solve localization problems
• Other duties as needed

• 5+ years of programming experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with WordPress (other CMS or WPML is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in technology is a distinct advantage though not mandatory
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Documentation mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; at least one other language like French or German preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with CAT tools (memoQ) is a plus
• Experience with project management processes is a plus
