Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer at Social Deal, you will contribute to a platform used by over 10 million users, ensuring they can access the website anytime. The role involves expanding and improving various code bases within a collaborative team environment, where you will have the chance to present demos to stakeholders and prioritize your work with the team.

• Ensure that over 10 million active members can use the website at any time
• Participate in your team's work with a specialization
• Prioritize your work in agreement with the team and Product Owners
• Work on expanding and improving different code bases
• Present demos to stakeholders
• Communicate with different divisions within Development

• Fluent knowledge of OOP, MVC, PHP, MySQL
• Experience working with a framework (preferably Laminas and Symfony)
• Flexibility to switch between different tasks and assist team members
• Problem-solving approach and being a team player
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
