Junior QA Engineer

Goteco specializes in custom ERP/CRM solutions, helping businesses and government entities optimize processes and make informed decisions based on analytics. They are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to develop in testing complex web projects.

• Testing new features and maintaining the quality of existing solutions.
• Conducting functional and regression testing.
• Working with APIs through Postman.
• Checking data in the database via SQL queries.
• Analyzing and localizing bugs between Frontend, Backend, and database.
• Maintaining test documentation and bug reports.
• Investigating user issues and technical system specifics.
• Collaborating with developers and business analysts during defect root cause analysis.
• Working simultaneously on several internal projects.

• At least 6 months of commercial experience in QA.
• Understanding the basics of testing and defect life cycle.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and how web applications work.
• Proficient with DevTools (Network, Console).
• Basic understanding of API operations and experience using Postman.
• Ability to work with SQL at the SELECT-query level and verify data.
• Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Ability to structurally describe found defects.
• Self-sufficiency in searching for information and solving problems.

• Remote work format: 09:00—18:00 with the possibility to work from the office (m. Palace of Ukraine).
