Senior Software Engineer, Core Experiences - The Hague, Netherlands

Speechify is the easiest way to listen to the world’s information; we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team which builds and maintains foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms.

• Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects and navigate integration/UX tradeoffs.
• Optimize existing functionality and improve algorithms.
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.

• Strong systems thinking and design skills.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proficiency in Kotlin Multiplatform, with Java experience being acceptable.
• Prior experience with GCP is a plus.
