Backend Engineer (all genders)

Instaffo GmbH is looking for a Backend Engineer to build a collaborative scheduling platform for construction. The position requires ownership of the feature-building process and strong coding skills in TypeScript, focusing on backend development in a hybrid working environment in Berlin.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers to design and implement new features.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Contribute to the overall architecture of the entire system.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• 3-5 years of experience in backend development.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and clean code writing skills.
• Flexible to switch between frontend and backend development as required.
