Ruby - Software Engineer, AI

This role is open to contractors in accepted locations only. Help train large language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code. This involves comparing and ranking code snippets, repairing AI-generated code, and providing feedback for reinforcement learning. Strong communication skills are needed to explain coding decisions.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Ruby
• Strong code-review instincts
• Extreme attention to detail
