(Senior) Mobile React Native Engineer - Platform (m/f/d)

Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products, connecting consumers with banks in the EU, UK, and US. They are looking for experienced Mobile Engineers to optimize their mobile applications and drive platform improvements.

• Provide significant impact on customer experience by optimizing Mobile applications for performance and scalability
• Drive internal platform efforts, improving development tools and Mobile application ecosystem
• Research, assess, develop and maintain new technology solutions for the Mobile platform
• Provide stable automated solutions for internal customers to speed up Mobile application testing and delivery
• Nurture teams to strive for test automation and quality assurance throughout the development process
• Own, maintain and evolve a large-scale Mobile monorepo
• Optimize and scale the shared CI pipeline to improve build performance and developer productivity
• Act as a 'Mobile First Aid' point of contact for engineers on platform issues
• Enhance developer experience by streamlining workflows and reducing friction
• Drive architectural decisions shaping the evolution of the Mobile platform

• 3+ years of experience as a React Native developer
• Proficiency with React Native, React Hooks, Redux, React Navigation, and TypeScript
• Experience managing monorepos with tools like Nx
• Hands-on experience with integration, testing, code signing, and deploying apps through app stores
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like GitLab, Fastlane, and Expo EAS
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Expertise with tools like Datadog or Firebase Crashlytics
• Strong understanding of mobile app security
• Knowledge of creating and managing native modules for iOS and Android
• Strong passion for testing and familiarity with E2E testing tooling like Maestro
• Great communication skills in English
