Senior Software Engineer- Backend Developer

The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining agent software primarily in Rust and C++, offering a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining agent software running on Windows systems
• Writing new components primarily in Rust, and maintaining legacy components in C++
• Collaborating with remote teams to ensure smooth integration
• Participating in an agile development process, including planning, code reviews, and continuous integration
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Strong proficiency in Rust, C++, or both
• Strong OOP Skills and understanding of basic software engineering principles
• At least 2 years of experience developing production grade software
• Solid understanding of Windows programming, including system APIs
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT)
• Good English (both written and verbal), especially in cross-cultural collaboration
