• Build and scale our software products with a sense of full ownership
• Code our web application – frontend, backend and infrastructure
• Adjust and expand our tech stack where necessary
• Set up and improve our infrastructure set-up – focusing on database structure, data pipelines and analytics
• Set the foundations for our engineering practices

• Built full-stack web applications before
• Worked in an early stage VC-backed startup (pre-seed/seed), preferably with a B2B business model
• Comfortable with broad product requirements and enjoy participating in the product conceptualisation phase
• Comfortable guiding teams through technical troubleshooting
