Tech Lead Cloud Engineering

As a Tech Lead Cloud Engineering at Sligro, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of the company by designing and optimizing cloud solutions and data platforms using Google Cloud. You will work closely with cloud and data engineers, contributing to the development and management of cloud infrastructure.

• Design and implement cloud solutions, data pipelines, and integration patterns within GCP.
• Manage and optimize our cloud data platform, including lakehouse, hubs, AI, and governance stack.
• Monitor performance, ensure security, and manage costs.
• Automate processes and workflows to improve scalability.
• Support development teams with cloud-related issues and onboard new projects.
• Resolve complex technical problems and stay updated with the latest developments in Google Cloud.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools such as BigQuery, CloudSQL, Dataflow, DBT, Cloud Storage, and Fivetran.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions.
