Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer at Nedap, you will work at the core of digital solutions that support healthcare professionals in their daily work. You contribute to the further development of the electronic health record within our Ons® Suite. Your role involves developing and optimizing APIs and contributing to large-scale data migrations.

• Develop APIs
• Deliver data migrations
• Improve architecture
• Build tooling and libraries
• Collaborate with senior engineers
• Ensure quality

• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience building and maintaining APIs is a plus
• Experience with large-scale or complex data migrations is a plus
• Affinity with system architecture and scalable solutions is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach
• Strong command of English; Dutch is a plus
