We are looking for an IT architect for the data platform at the City of Stuttgart's Digitalization Office, a central IT service provider. The role involves analyzing requirements, coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring scalability and future viability of solutions.

• Conduct systematic inventory and requirements analysis
• Conceptualize technical implementations and create operating concepts
• Integrate the data platform into the municipal IT infrastructure
• Coordinate external service providers
• Ensure compliance with governance and security requirements
• Realize concepts, implement them into production, and develop smaller software applications

• Completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience with technologies like OpenShift and relational databases
• Profound knowledge of GitLab, NiFi, and Keycloak
• Experience with Gravitee, Prometheus, and Grafana is advantageous
• Strong customer orientation and strategic-analytical thinking
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and basic English for understanding technical materials
