Back End Developer

Senior Backend (Python) Developer - AI-Driven SaaS Product in Utrecht. Work in a scale-up with an international customer base, focusing on building high-quality features and improving existing systems.

• Strengthen the tech team consisting of Data Scientists, Backend and Frontend Developers.
• Lead by example and work on high-quality feature development.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies in the codebase.
• Document solutions and assist the team in learning.

• 12+ years of experience with commercial, production-running systems.
• Deep seniority in Python and experience with FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience with Databases, Elasticsearch, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and writing solid tests.
• Interest in AI and Machine Learning.
