Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at ALTEN Netherlands, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both frontend and backend systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions and participating in innovative projects across various industries.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend systems
• Building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies
• Developing robust backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Translating technical requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
• Ensuring software quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3–8 years of professional experience in full stack software development
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar
• Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern software architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
