• Own large parts of the AI stack
• Work on meeting-processing pipelines across multi-speaker, multi-language conversations
• Develop speaker diarization and behavior modeling
• Create LLM-driven analysis layers for leadership patterns
• Build eval infrastructure to measure product improvements
• Focus on privacy and encryption for sensitive data

• Experience building and shipping production AI systems
• Proficient in TypeScript and Python
• Hands-on experience with speech, audio, or ASR
