Lead Software Engineer - Mobile Development (Crypto Wallets)

This role sits at the intersection of mobile engineering, blockchain innovation, and technical leadership, focusing on the development of high-performance crypto wallet applications used by a global audience. You will lead a small team of mobile engineers while actively contributing to hands-on development of React Native applications that integrate DeFi and crypto functionalities.

• Lead the design and development of advanced cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Provide technical leadership to a small team of mobile engineers.
• Architect and maintain mobile application foundations including state management and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and blockchain-related services.
• Oversee code quality through reviews and mentoring.
• Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and implement modern mobile tools, frameworks, and development patterns.

• Extensive experience in mobile development with strong expertise in React Native, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven track record of leading or mentoring mobile engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines and native build processes.
• Experience integrating native modules and working with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration in distributed systems.
• Familiarity with backend development (Node.js or similar).
