Product Engineer - Unum

Join ML6 as a Product Engineer and ensure that Unum’s Enterprise Superintelligence platform provides a seamless user experience. You will be responsible for building impactful applications that integrate AI, focusing on user needs and the full product lifecycle, while bringing together technical skills and UX/UI design.

• Build high impact applications and tools that accelerate Unum’s solutions.
• Act as the voice of the user within the engineering team by identifying user needs and building technical applications.
• Work across the full product lifecycle: prototype, iterate, ship, and maintain products.
• Translate AI capabilities into intuitive and trustworthy product experiences.
• Design how AI agents present their findings and ask for feedback.

• 4+ years of professional experience in software/product engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and building full stack applications.
• Experience with TypeScript and Terraform is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure.
• Experienced in building LLM powered workflows using common LLM APIs.
• Strong product mindset with an understanding of feature impact on adoption.
• Intuition for UX/UI design with the ability to translate complex data into intuitive workflows.
