Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder

Bid Edge is building an AI SaaS platform that helps enterprise sales teams win more complex deals through AI-powered deal intelligence. The CTO & Co-Founder will own the technology strategy, architecture, and engineering, and will be highly hands-on in writing production code and building the product alongside the CEO.

• Own the technology vision and technical roadmap.
• Lead software architecture and engineering decisions.
• Actively develop product features and contribute production-quality code.
• Build secure, scalable, enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Work closely with the Founder & CEO to shape product strategy and priorities.
• Recruit, mentor and lead the engineering team.
• Establish engineering standards, testing, CI/CD and development processes.
• Ensure platform security, reliability and operational excellence.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate them where they create customer value.
• Help build a high-performance engineering culture.

• Significant experience building commercial SaaS products.
• Strong full-stack software engineering background.
• Experience building AI-powered applications using modern LLMs and AI frameworks.
• Excellent software architecture and cloud engineering experience.
• Experience using AI-enabled IDEs.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Startup or scale-up experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent spoken and written English (essential).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
