Team Lead Software Development (all genders)

As Team Lead Software Development at MegaDev, you'll lead an engineering team, develop people, and improve a mature tech product. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and own quality, stability, and delivery for our desktop and web applications while fostering a culture that values collaboration and reliability.

• Lead a software engineering team (people management + technical leadership)
• Own quality, stability, and delivery for our desktop and web applications

• Several years of experience in software development (backend/fullstack and/or desktop/web)
• First people-lead experience or evidence of tech-lead ownership
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication skills, clarity, and empathy
• Business fluent in English and conversational in German
