• Maintaining IT systems - stable, secure, reliable.
• Managing Microsoft Exchange environment including mailboxes, policies, and security.
• Ensuring strong network (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPN, Switches, Routers) and developing it further.
• Supporting colleagues in 1st and 2nd level support - quickly, competently, and with a smile.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications.
• Documenting, checking, planning to ensure everyone knows what is going on.

• Training in IT or comparable experience.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server systems, and networks.
• Structured working style even in chaotic situations.
• Enjoyment of teamwork, eagerness to learn, and conviction that stagnation is not an option.

• Salary: 40,000-45,000€ gross/year
