Platform Engineer Accessmanagement (m/w/d)

The role involves building, operating, and continuously developing a Kubernetes platform along with optimizing CI/CD pipelines and implementing GitOps workflows. A strong emphasis is placed on analyzing existing IT systems, modernizing them using future-proof technologies, and ensuring compliance with security standards like DSGVO.

• Build, operate, and continuously develop the Kubernetes platform
• Analyze existing IT systems and modernize them step by step using future-proof technologies
• Develop and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps workflows (e.g., with ArgoCD)
• Create and expand infrastructure templates using Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize
• Develop and operate monitoring concepts with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
• Implement security and compliance requirements (e.g., DSGVO, NIS2) and initiate corresponding measures
• Coordinate closely with internal departments like Solution Architecture and Integration Management and manage external service providers

• Successfully completed studies in IT, security technology, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant experience in administering Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid knowledge in networks, virtualization, container technologies, and IT security standards
• Practical expertise with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kafka, monitoring solutions, and API management systems
• Demonstrable experience in moderating and solving technical conflicts between operations, development, and architecture
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate complex requirements and develop actionable solutions
• German language proficiency at level C1 or higher
