ReactJS Developer

We are seeking a talented ReactJS Developer to join Damco’s dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ReactJS and related UI frameworks.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and other UI frameworks.
• Integrate APIs and server-side components seamlessly into client-facing platforms to ensure smooth functionality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Contribute to the development of custom React components and frameworks to enhance application functionality.
• Optimize application performance by applying best practices in code efficiency, caching, and state management.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices related to React.js and frontend development.
• Work closely with backend teams to understand API specifications and ensure proper integration.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and providing support to team members during development cycles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3+ years in React.js web development.
• Strong knowledge of UI frameworks such as ReactJS, and experience in creating custom components.
• Good understanding of backend technologies like Java and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with API integration, RESTful services, and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, caching strategies, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in developing single-page applications (SPAs) using modern frontend frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on design and user experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Contributions to the React community or open-source projects will be considered an advantage.
