Data & AI Engineer

In this role, you will help shape how data and AI are deployed within an organization involved in major projects worldwide. You will ensure that innovation advances with care, clarity, and trust, while transforming data into reliable and valuable business solutions.

• Develop valuable data structures.
• Build Data and AI products that support critical decision-making.
• Guide business stakeholders in effectively and responsibly using Data and AI capabilities.
• Increase knowledge and awareness by developing guidelines, providing training, and actively engaging stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams regarding the responsible use of AI, data management, and governance requirements.

• University degree or equivalent work and thinking level.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience with Databricks and modern data engineering methodologies.
• Strong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and the development of data products.
• Experience with DBT for data transformations and automating data pipelines.
• Good communication skills in English and experience working in a SCRUM team.
