About the Position

NIX is looking for a Middle Golang Developer to actively collaborate with development teams, write scalable Golang code, and work on technical design reviews. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in backend engineering and be familiar with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development teams to define application requirements and implementations.
  • Write scalable and well-tested Golang code, refactor and debug it.
  • Participate in code and technical design reviews of other developers.
  • Follow best coding practices using modern approaches and patterns.
  • Write and maintain project documentation.
  • Learn new technologies and stay current with both traditional and new best practices.
  • Build web platforms that integrate various data storage solutions and cloud technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in backend engineering.
  • Proficiency in the Go programming language.
  • Knowledge of one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Upper-intermediate English level (B2+).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proactive thinking with a passion for solving complex problems.
