Platform Engineer

Omnea is an AI-native procurement platform seeking a Platform Engineer to own infrastructure and developer experience. The role involves evolving AWS serverless architectures, optimizing CI/CD pipelines with Pulumi, and strengthening observability as the company scales.

• Design and evolve AWS serverless architecture using Lambda, DynamoDB, and EventBridge to support 10x growth and multi-region high availability.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Infrastructure-as-Code with Pulumi to enable safe, multi-daily deployments.
• Improve developer experience by building internal tooling and automated observability frameworks with Datadog to eliminate friction for product teams.

• Brings 5+ years of platform engineering experience in high-growth, cloud-native SaaS environments with a strong bias for action.
• Possesses deep expertise in AWS serverless ecosystems and Infrastructure-as-Code, specifically writing clean, production-ready TypeScript code.
• Demonstrates a developer-first mindset, treating engineers as customers by automating toil and improving feedback loops at every stage.
