JavaScript Developer (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Python + Full-Stack (JS) Developer to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining code to train and optimize AI models.

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize AI models.
• Conduct evaluations (evals) to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning (SFT), including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to execute reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience writing readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ability to conduct thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies.
