• Take ownership of the development and maintenance of applications within an agile framework, with a primary focus on the composite insurance domain.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with various business units to ensure optimal implementation of functionalities, balancing technical feasibility with business needs.
• Continuously improve agile processes and methodologies within the team and across projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions to improve application performance and security.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

• Extensive experience in Java development, particularly with Java and Jakarta EE.
• Familiarity with modern tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and Selenium.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, including hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for daily work processes.
• Fluency in German at minimum C1 level is essential for effective collaboration.
