TugOnn is a social platform being created to bring local communities closer through meaningful, location-based engagement. The role is for volunteer Full Stack Developers (Node and React) contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of the TugOnn platform.

• Implementing backend services and APIs
• Building responsive user interfaces
• Integrating frontend and backend components
• Writing clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Collaborating with a distributed team of developers
• Troubleshooting issues
• Optimizing performance
• Participating in regular online meetings

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development
• Experience building end-to-end web applications
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development with Node.js
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database integration
• Proficiency in Front-End Development with React
• Working with modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices
• Experience with CSS and responsive design
• Comfort with Git-based workflows
• Ability to write clear documentation
• Motivation to contribute to a volunteer-driven project
