As a Medior WordPress Developer at GRATE, you will help companies grow with powerful and user-friendly WordPress solutions by developing, optimizing, and maintaining websites and digital platforms. Your role will connect design, technology, and user experience, ensuring WordPress serves as a solid foundation for online success.

• Developing professional WordPress websites and webshops
• Building custom functionalities within WordPress
• Maintaining and further developing existing websites
• Performing technical optimizations regarding speed, security, and performance
• Integrating external systems, API connections, and plugins
• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and content creators to successfully deliver digital projects
• Analyzing technical issues and translating them into smart solutions
• Testing websites, fixing bugs, and ensuring optimal user experience
• Contributing ideas on new developments, techniques, and improvements within the website department
• Maintaining quality contact with clients regarding technical requests, updates, and project progress

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a WordPress Developer
• Experience with WordPress, with a bonus for experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor and/or Flatsome
• Experience in developing custom WordPress solutions
• Solution-oriented thinker who enjoys technical challenges
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and take responsibility
