Join a growing fintech platform as a Senior Full Stack Developer. You will build and improve high-performance customer-facing digital products using C#, .NET, and React, taking ownership from design to production.

• Designing, building and maintaining backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
• Developing responsive, high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Taking ownership of features from initial concept and technical design through to production
• Contributing to architecture, technical direction and engineering standards
• Building customer-facing digital experiences focused on performance, usability and conversion
• Writing clean, testable and maintainable code
• Participating in code reviews and helping improve development practices
• Identifying and resolving performance, reliability and quality issues
• Collaborating with product managers, UX designers and fellow engineers
• Supporting multi-region and multilingual digital products

• Strong commercial experience developing applications with C# and .NET
• Solid full stack development capability
• Commercial experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience building APIs, backend services and customer-facing web applications
• A track record of shipping quality software within a genuine product environment
• Strong understanding of clean code, testing, maintainability and failure scenarios
• An interest in frontend performance, accessibility and user experience
• The confidence to contribute to architectural and technical decisions
• A proactive mindset and genuine ownership of what happens after code reaches production
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, technical SEO, internationalisation, localisation, authentication or high-conversion digital products would be highly regarded
