Solution Architect / Data Architect Credit Risk & Data Platforms

Looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Data Architect to join a team responsible for developing solutions in Information Capability and Credit Risk. The role involves designing architecture for solutions and data that support credit risk management processes.

• Acting as a Solution Architect in Information Capability and Data Architect for Credit Risk domain.
• Translating business and technical requirements into high-level architectural designs.
• Creating detailed designs for solutions at all architectural levels.
• Defining data architecture and supporting information management initiatives.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Process Owners, and business experts to analyze and clarify requirements.
• Providing technical guidance to project and development teams.
• Collaborating with domain architects, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.
• Creating, maintaining, and reviewing architectural documentation.
• Ensuring compliance of solutions with security, integration, and data quality requirements.
• Supporting architectural processes, standards, and practices within the organization.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake platform.
• Experience in designing and implementing architecture for large enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks including both open-source solutions and commercial vendor technologies.
• Experience in designing integration architecture and familiarity with integration patterns for processing: batch, near real-time, real-time.
• Knowledge of data and information architecture, data modeling, and data management technologies.
• Experience in designing secure solutions and implementing security mechanisms.
• Practical knowledge of architecture modeling tools and standards.
• Ability to create architectural and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Fluency in Polish and English for effective communication.

• Participation in strategic data and architecture transformation projects for a large financial organization.
