Senior AI Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer

Seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer responsible for designing and building modern solutions based on Generative AI and autonomous agent systems. The candidate will impact architecture selection, technology, and AI solutions development supporting key business processes.

• Design and build multi-agent systems to execute complex end-to-end business processes.
• Create architectures allowing agents to autonomously analyze, plan, and execute tasks.
• Select and orchestrate AI models based on business requirements.
• Design data layers for agent-based solutions, including embedding pipelines, vector databases, hybrid search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between AI agents and corporate systems, databases, and APIs.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of AI solutions from design to production deployment and monitoring.
• Implement monitoring, observability, security, and Responsible AI mechanisms.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, analysts, and business teams.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers.

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Documented experience in building and deploying Agentic AI solutions in a production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural patterns used in agent-based systems.
• Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs and make technical decisions.
• Practical experience with Vector Databases, chunking strategies, embedding optimization.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK, or similar.
• Experience in designing and implementing RAG solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and FastAPI.
• Experience with Git and modern code management practices.
• Daily use of AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• English language skills at least B2+/C1 level.
• Polish language for fluent communication.
