Software Engineer

At GoodSpace.ai, we’re building AI to reinvent how hiring works—intelligent interviews, automated screening, and end-to-end recruitment workflows. We’re looking for curious builders who move fast, take ownership, and care about real impact.

• Build and ship scalable systems and applications
• Own features end-to-end (design → development → production)
• Design APIs, data flows, and system architecture
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability
• Work on asynchronous systems (queues, background jobs, workflows)
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React / Next.js
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Working knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Redis and asynchronous programming patterns
• Comfortable with AI-first development (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
