Monitoring engineer

We are LIGA360, seeking an experienced monitoring engineer. Your mission is to lead the monitoring direction of our products by building and maintaining a reliable logging system that meets high security standards (ISO/IEC 27001). Your role will be crucial in ensuring the reliability of the services we provide.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Icinga monitoring system.
• Develop and optimize log collection pipelines (Logstash, Beats) meeting ISO/IEC 27001 requirements for monitoring and logging.
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and high availability of logs in the system.
• Implement clear access control policies (RBAC) for Kibana and Elasticsearch.
• Prepare reporting and audit logs for internal and external audits.
• Document configurations, procedures, and policies according to company standards.

• Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for at least 2 years.
• Deep understanding of Elasticsearch architecture: indexing, queries, sharding, replication.
• Practical experience setting up log collection pipelines (Logstash, Beats).
• Experience with Kibana: creating dashboards, visualizations, and configuring alerts.
• Proficient administration of Linux/Unix systems.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and access control mechanisms (TLS, encryption, API tokens).
• Skills in automation systems (Ansible, Docker, Terraform).
