Designer UI/UX Engineer

• Creating interfaces for the web platform, working on various modules: lists, tables, graphs, processes
• Working with the existing design system and its development (components, tokens, patterns), for web and mobile
• Designing information architecture and complex workflows
• Prototyping: creating user flows and wireframes of varying levels of detail, as well as their testing
• Participating in improving the UX of existing solutions
• Handing off layouts to development (Figma Dev Mode), accompanying implementation and quality control of UI

• Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in product UI/UX design
• Commercial experience with Figma
• Experience with complex interfaces — dashboards, tables, forms
• Experience with design systems — their development and maintenance (tokens, component libraries, documentation)
• Experience in the insurance / fintech / other enterprise domain is a plus
• Mobile design (iOS / Android)
• AI tools in the work of a designer
