Project Lead, Senior Data Architect, BA (дашборди)

We are creating a large-scale project for the formation of a centralized data warehouse (DWH) and national-level analytical dashboards. We are looking for an experienced specialist who combines the competencies of Data Architect and Business Analyst, capable of designing data architecture while deeply understanding business requirements and transforming them into robust analytical solutions.

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements from state stakeholders at various levels
• Transform requirements into technical specifications
• Design the architecture of DWH (staging, core, data marts layers)
• Develop and implement data models
• Process data flows (ETL/ELT), integrate with internal and external systems
• Define data quality standards, implement data governance practices
• Participate in selecting technologies and forming architectural solutions
• Interact with development teams, BI, data engineering, and clients
• Control the consistency of data and metrics in analytical dashboards

• Higher education in information technology, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering / data architecture / BI / systems analysis
• Willingness to work in the office in Kyiv
• Practical experience in building DWH (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of data modeling
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience in collecting and formalizing business requirements
• Understanding of BI systems and dashboard building principles
• Experience with large data volumes and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality approaches
• Communication skills with various stakeholder levels
• Experience in managing or coordinating a team (Data Engineers, BI, analysts)
• Planning and project implementation control skills (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies)
• Experience interacting with business clients and managing expectations
