Technical Lead

Pints AI is seeking a Technical Lead to push the frontiers of enterprise AI. The role involves leading a team, full-stack development of AI-powered tools (React + Express), and collaborating with clients in regulated industries. The company is a multi-award-winning AI company based in Singapore.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Solid TypeScript/JS and Python experience
• React, Node/Express, REST APIs
• Git, Docker, Linux familiarity
• Understanding of embeddings, vector stores, LangChain/LlamaIndex
• Self-starter mindset - comfortable moving in ambiguity
• Exposure to RAG or LLM-driven tools is a bonus
