• Lead the design of complex subsystems
• Debug high-priority production issues
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost and performance
• Elevate the team’s output through reviews, workshops
• Lead the integration of DApp features and smart contract interactions

• 5–7+ years of experience in high-growth tech environments
• Expert-level React and Node.js fluency
