Full-Stack Engineer / Tech Lead

We are building a Startup Studio where we create and validate AI-native products. Our goal is to quickly find strong ideas, launch products in the market, validate hypotheses, and scale what takes off. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a 'product thinking' mindset who will help build the technical foundation of Startup Studio.

• Launch new digital products from scratch within the Startup Studio.
• Design architecture for MVP and production-ready solutions.
• Work hands-on with code end to end.
• Integrate LLM/AI tools into the core product experience.
• Make technical decisions regarding stack, infrastructure, and development approaches.
• Build a fast and pragmatic delivery process: from idea to prototype, MVP, and validation.
• Collaborate with the team on launching new products.
• Help build and hire the future technical team for specific projects.

• Strong experience in full-stack development.
• Practical experience in 0 -> 1 launch speed + strong backend/system thinking.
• Experience in the role of Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer with real technical responsibility.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend/backend stack.
• Ability to design systems quickly, simply, and without unnecessary complexity.
• Experience with AI/LLM APIs, AI workflows, prompt/system design, retrieval, tooling or orchestration is a strong plus.
• Autonomy and willingness to take responsibility for technical decisions and results.
