UI UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to take a key role in shaping intuitive, data-driven digital experiences. This role focuses on designing user-centric interfaces for complex platforms, translating business needs into clear, engaging, and high-performing user journeys.

• Design end-to-end user experiences, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and final handoff
• Translate complex data and financial concepts into clear, user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements
• Create user flows, prototypes, and design systems that scale across multiple products
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights
• Maintain and evolve a consistent design language and UI standards across platforms
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design
• Contribute to product strategy with a strong user-first perspective

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and polished UI work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Experience designing data-heavy or complex systems (e.g., dashboards, analytics platforms)
• Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working closely with developers and understanding of technical constraints
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or data-driven products
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks
• Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
