Middle Backend Engineer (MarTech) — Dressly

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international tech companies according to the rules of venture investment. We are currently scaling our team and looking for a Middle Backend Engineer to create internal world-class MarTech systems that will drive business growth in Dressly.

• Development of end-to-end MarTech solutions: Creating and scaling internal platforms used daily by our marketing teams.
• Integration and orchestration of Generative AI: Developing pipelines for automatic generation of advertising creatives and optimizing marketing processes.
• Working with Big Data and analytics: Building architecture for collecting, parsing, and processing data from millions of ads to turn them into understandable insights.
• Automation of routine tasks: Creating tools that replace hours of manual analysis with automated solutions that work in a few clicks.
• Optimization and infrastructure: Setting up CI/CD pipelines, production monitoring, and ensuring stable system operation in GCP.

• 3+ years of experience in backend system development using JavaScript (Node.js), Python or Go
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Practical experience with production monitoring and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding how tools work "under the hood", not just using them
• Iterative working style: principle of "do, check, improve"
• Ability to prioritize: distinguishing primary from secondary tasks
• Experience in development using AI-assisted coding and AI agents for production level
• Experience with AI process orchestration platforms like n8n or similar.
