Requirements

10+ years in software development
3+ years leading engineering team
Deep Salesforce architecture mastery: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Metadata & Tooling APIs, Platform Events
Proven Salesforce DevOps expertise — source-driven development, CI/CD, sandbox strategy
Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce data backup, recovery, and archival systems
Strong production Node.js experience
Enterprise experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, insurance)
