IT-спеціаліст (Full-stack, AI Integration)

We are looking for a versatile IT specialist to be a key person for the technical development of the company. This position is for someone who can independently create web solutions from scratch, sees opportunities for automation through AI, understands the internal workings of CRM systems, and takes cybersecurity seriously.

• Development of custom websites and web services
• Designing, developing, and maintaining internal and external web resources from scratch — from architecture to deployment. Working both on frontend and backend parts, writing clean, maintainable code.
• Automation and AI integration
• Identifying processes in the company that can be optimized using AI tools. Integrating LLM models (OpenAI API, Claude API, etc.) into internal workflows, creating custom AI assistants, chatbots, and automated workflows.
• Working with CRM
• Integrating CRM systems with other company services (website, email, messengers, analytics). Customizing functionality to meet business needs, setting up automations, writing custom modules and API integrations.
• Information security
• Ensuring the protection of corporate data and client information. Setting up secure access, vulnerability audits, implementing security policies, encryption, backup.

• Experience in commercial web application development, confident in one of the popular backend programming languages (Python, Node.js, PHP, or others) and frontend stack (HTML/CSS/JS, preferably one of the modern frameworks). Understanding of working with databases (SQL and NoSQL), REST API, Git.
• Practical experience integrating AI tools — working with large language model APIs, building RAG systems, prompt engineering, integrating AI into business processes.
• Experience working with CRM systems at the level of customization and integration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics.
• Ability to work independently, manage one’s time, and complete tasks without constant supervision.
