Senior Data Analyst

Inzhur is the first Ukrainian REIT company that allows Ukrainians to join in investing in commercial real estate. We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst who will be a key driver of product decisions through data.

• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards (Power BI, Grafana, etc.)
• Automate reporting and build a system of key product metrics
• Design and analyze A/B tests and product experiments
• Build forecasts (activity, transactions, retention, LTV, churn)
• Analyze user behavior (segmentation, RFM, cohort analysis)
• Analyze funnels, conversions, and retention
• Formulate recommendations for product development based on data
• Identify insights, problems, and growth points
• Calculate financial indicators (P&L, margin, revenue)
• Work with large data sets, write complex SQL queries
• Perform quality control of data and detect anomalies
• Present results to the team and the business

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in product or IT companies
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL, complex queries, working with large data)
• Understanding of DWH and data structures
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Grafana)
• Understanding of product metrics and user behavior
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience building analytical models (LTV, churn, segmentation)
• Understanding of financial metrics (revenue, margin, P&L)
• Ability to transform data into business decisions
• Python for analytics (a plus)
