Senior Product UI/UX Designer

Цитрус is looking for an empathetic and creative Product UI/UX Designer to design seamless client experiences for their digital products, primarily focusing on mobile applications. The role involves end-to-end product design, research, and collaboration with other teams for effective design implementation.

• Conducting full cycle product design from research to creation of interactive prototypes and final UI layouts.
• Developing and improving user experience (UX) for iOS/Android apps and mobile web versions.
• Creating, maintaining, and scaling a unified design system.
• Conducting CustDev, in-depth interviews, A/B testing and hypothesis verification together with the product team.
• Analyzing product metrics and analytics to find growth points and improve conversion rates.
• Coordinating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders for quality implementation of design solutions.

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Experience working in product companies in the e-commerce or retail sector.
• A strong portfolio with real cases (must include projects with mobile applications and adaptive web).
• Expert-level skill in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Variants, etc.).
• Deep understanding of iOS (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android (Material Design) guidelines.
• Empathy for the user (ability to understand user pains and needs).
• Business thinking (understanding how design influences profit and alignment with business goals).
• Communication and presentation skills (ability to clearly argue design decisions to stakeholders and the team).
• Creativity and critical thinking (ability to create innovative solutions and challenge conventional approaches).
