Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js)

Boosters is a Ukrainian product company creating valuable products in EdTech, Productivity, and Wellness, with a flagship product launched in 50 days and reaching 3 million premium users in two years. They are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js) to lead the technical establishment of a new product, taking full responsibility for the technical stack, architectural decisions, and development standards.

• Developing frontend & backend of a new product
• Choosing optimal technologies for the project
• Optimizing development processes

• 5 years of commercial experience in development (3+ years with Node.js + TypeScript)
• Frontend development experience with React or Next.js using TypeScript
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL: schema design, indexing, query optimization
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and session management
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Understanding of software architecture & system design: service decomposition, responsibility distribution, scalability in design
• Experience with AWS and containerization — Docker, Docker Compose
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar)
• Experience writing unit, integration, and e2e tests
• Proficient with Git (git flow, code review, PR culture)
